It happens with all the modules.
I've just done it with the System Clean-up module and the results are:

Recycle bin: 5 items erased out of 15 (name of the file not being erased does not appear in the warning message)

Cookies: none are erased

IE: not erased

Temporary files: 4 out of 8.

Please try to boot into Windows Safe mode (press F8 when Windows starts up and choose Safe mode to boot into) and then perform the task. If the problem persists please send a letter with the link to this thread to support@acronis.com indicating in the subject of the letter that you want to contact Ilya Toytman.
