OS Selector OS Deleted from Menu?

I have installed OS Selector as my boot manager but have deleted a OS icon as an option to boot from. How can I have OSS re-detect all my installed OS's on my physical system from inside the OSS program without booting into an OS?

Please try to deactivate and then activate Acronis OS Selector. This should allow the program to find all the operating systems you have on the computer.
