problems running escan free av utility

if i extract the files to update the database, i get stuck on how to run the executable. i think mwavl.exe has something to do with the license agreement which i need to accept or else mwavscan.com wont run. any ideas?

how to run Mwavscan

1-Unzip the mwav.exe (self extractable) into the new directory C:\bases not C:\kaspersky for it to work proprly (you'll get correct updates ).
2-open folder "bases" and doubleclick "kavupd.exe" to get the latest signatures .
3- update will create another folder C:\download.so its normal
4-close all windows, all browsers, all programs.
5- BESTwork in safe mode
6-Run mwavscan.com from directory c:\bases by double clicking on it
7-tick all Memory, StartUp-Folders, Drives, All Local Drives, Registry , System Folders, Services
8-Cilck on 'Scan clean' of 'Scan'. Mwavscan takes about one an hour.
