Hi,
I have two partitions on my PC, one for gaming and one for everything else.
Do I need two seperate copies of LNS, one for each partition - or will I be able to install one registered copy on both partitions and still get updates?
Anyone had any experience of this?
Thanks in advance,
FP
PS - I notice that LNS shows up as unstealthed for UDP on the PC Flan stealth test...should I be worried.

From the Help-file;
-{ Quote: "The SOFTWARE may only be used by a single person who uses The SOFTWARE personally on one computer" }-
In general, software licenses are/machine and not partition. So my interpretation of this is that only one LNS license should cover your machine but send an e-mail to support for confirmation.

Have you tried loading up the Enhanced rules-set and then re-testing?
I have always been "stealthed" on this site with LNS.
Then again whether stealth is an important feature is another question :P
PS. But results on PC Flank are not always reliable and looking at the results at a variety of test sites may be a better option.
See here (http://www.firewallguide.com/test.htm) for example.

Hi,
No, you don't need two separate copies of Look 'n' Stop.
If you are under Windows2000/XP, the Look 'n' Stop code should be the same for both partitions, so your serial will work for both.
If not, just contact us at lnssupport@soft4ever.com.
About the UPD Stealth Test, sometimes it happens another machine (router, modem/router, server...) between your PC and the scanner answers to the scan. What is your network configuration ?

Frederic
