v9.0.538 dont work with IBM ServeRAID 6M controller

Im have IBM xSeries x336 with integrate (LSI Logic 1030 U320SCSI) and add.ext.pci IBM ServeRAID 6M Controller + Windows Server 2003 SP1 (+all new drivers & OS patches) and Acronis Disk Director Suite (ADDS) v9.0.538 worked without ServeRAID 6M controller successfully! But with ServeRAID 6M controller software ADDS starting.. and progressbar filled for end.. opening main window but inside window - nothing(white color) and ADDS dont resume user action.. bad.. :(
and AP Event Viewer..

Hanging application DiskDirector.exe, version 9.0.0.538, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
