cannot see users in RAC

I just got an enterprise license. Installing nod32 on my clients through RAC.

I was installing and then changing the config.xml file as I go along. Now, I can't see my clients that I have installed in RAC. They do not appear even after waiting for a few hours.

Anyone know what's the problem and where i can go about tackling this problem?

Hello abubin,

Did your clients ever appear in the RAC ?
Have you 'linked' the clients to the RAS ? In the config.xml file you should have something like in this pic.

yes, i already did that. Port is 2222 or 2223?

My server is running on port 2223. Which do i put?

2222 is used for connexion between clients and RAS
2223 is used between RAS and RAC
