Here is an interesting problem for the ppl out there. I am an IT assistant and one of my coworkers just introduced me to this problem.
In Microsoft Word you have the ability to autosave your work after a certain period of time. The problem is that the autosave feature has been set for an extended period of time but after ever 10 seconds or so the autosave feature starts and it saves in a pattern. Saving once every second for about 2 times and then once more a few seconds later. This pattern seems to continue as is through the whole time word is being used.
Anyways..... Anyone have any idea what would be causing this problem or how to solve it? I'm sure a reinstall of Word would solve the problem but I don't want to get in the way of my coworker's work on the computer if possible for a long period of time.
