I was dissapointed with it since i heard so much fuss about it.
It performs excelent in tests, but it rarely deteced anything on my PC.
Also On-Access cleaning capabilities are terrible. Configuration level is also very dissapointing but on the other hand very n00b friendly.
It also has a very small footprint, but big updates.
Changes between those two versions are minor. Basically few bugs killed and fixed & improved packers support.

F-Prot is an excellent antivirus application that does the job it's designed to do: keep your PC free of viruses. I've used it for years and it has never let me down - it is quick and efficient at trapping dangerous programs yet very light on system resources.
There are no significant changes between 3.15 and 3.16 that I know of - only bug fixes and minor enhancements.

I also noticed F-Prot flags any packed file as suspicious. Thats not the way how we do it :-\
