Hi, Is anyone using the 10 in 1 suite from www.extendia.com called 'Extendia Security Suite' it includes firewall and anti-virus as well.
Does anyone have any views on this package.
Cheers, Tweety Pie *puppy*

Well, the most prominent thing for me: Extendia uses an old version of AVK. That package from G-Data has a 2005 edition, with a better second engine (bitdefender) for instance.
And Extendia is a company that I don't trust that much with all their strange claims about awards won...

The suite is garbage. The firewall is all but useless.
The AV is actually great, but an older version of Gdata that uses RAV instead of BitDefender. But you can pick it up off Amazon for WAY cheaper than what they sell it for.

Thank you for your view, I've taken your info on board- I won't be downloading it, Kaspersky looks to be the option. Cheers.
