I have a registered copy of Disk Director Suite 9, but I can't remember what e-mail address I used to register it. When I try to register it under my current e-mail address, the Acronis web site tells me that the serial number is already registered. I've tried various old e-mail addresses, but none of them has the Suite listed under registered products.
Can tech support figure out which e-mail address a serial number is registered under, and send a message to that address (or some other address that I use)?
