resizing partitions

I have a Windows 2003 sever which has two partitions
partition c 10 Gb NTFS
partition d 90 Gb NTFS
I need to resize my disk to increase disk c: .
How can this be done?

Reduce the front of D: then incress the back of C: to fill the space left.
