View Full Version : Serial Number NOT accepted by purchased software

I downloaded a full version of Acronis Disc Director Suite 9.0.538 and paid for the full version. However the serial # I was given can not be entered at the time of setup the program! The program only accepts numbers and does not accept letters. Please, help.
