Privacy Expert Shuts Down

I have Privacy Expert Suite and all was fine until recently. When I try and use the Entire Pc Clean-up and Internet clean-up aspect of this program, the whole thing shuts down and closes. I am able to update the Spyware definitions. System clean-up and Application Traces Clean-up are still working. What happened here ? ???
Is anybody else having this type of problem ?

Have you run a deep spyware scan to make sure your PC is clean?

Thats one of the first things I did.
Updated Spyware Definitions and ran a Full Scan.
Same results...
