Error trying to make bootable media

Error burning the bootable CD-R/CD-RW

I get this error when I try to make a bootable CD-R.
I have a Plextor PX-716A. It never tries to make a CD Error pops up instantly.

Is there someway I can make the image then burn it?

I can't handle using 6 floppies. Need work around or need to find something else.
