Hi guys,

I have just installed Mandrake 10.1 on my PC, as I didnt want Linux to alter the Acronis Loader I already have setup I didnt let Linux create a Bootloader (dunno if this was a mistake or not - I'm kinda new to Linux).

Viewing my hard disk in Acronis True Image shows Linux installed (1 x Linux Swap Partition [1.Gb], 1 x Ext3 [5.2Gb], 1 x Ext3 [3.2Gb]) but I cannot boot Linux as it doesnt show in the Acronis Loader.

Is there a way to activate the Acronis Loader to recognise the Linux partitions and boot from it?

Thanks

Silly new Linux-user not taking time out read the instructions lol :)

Hello playaz,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Multiboot Managing Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

Could you please create Acronis Report in the way described at Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread? This will allow us to give you the most appropriate advice according to your partition layout and the configuration.

Thank you.
