I'm looking for a good free backup program.Simply safe backup has a cool zip feature that breaks down your backup so you can put them on cd,but it won't work for me and the zip utilities I've tried won't break down large backups and zip for cd. Does anyone have aany suggestions and thanks for your time.

One of the better backup pieces of software is Backup My PC from Stomp Software. It is not free, but has full capabilities to backup drives to every known piece of equipment. Multiple CDR's & CDRW's work great!
Originally written by Veritas Software and was the Seagate standard in the past.
Try the trial edition at http://www.stompsoft.com/prod_page.html?SourceID=BPUS6
and I'm sure that you will not be disappointed.

SyncBack (http://www.snapfiles.com/get/SyncBack.html) is nice, lots of options and easy to use.
