Hey Hadi...welcome to Wilders!
I would highly recommend you not delete this directory. This directory stores information about updates and service packs installed on your pc. If you notice, the folder name has a "$" in front of it. This is indicating that it is an administrative folder (needs to be there). Deleting this would be bad for your system ;D
I hope this answers your question.

Hi Hadi,
A google search with: $NtServicePackUninstall$ will bring up a lot of info.
This site answers your question: Here (http://www.michna.com/kb/WxServicePackUninstallUninstall.htm)
Yes, you can delete the folder, but you better be sure you don't want to uninstall SP2 in the future. Unless your friend has a small hard drive I would just leave it alone.

Hi
thanks for the link it answered my question about the entry in add/remove too, I don't have such folder because I slipstreamed SP2. I thought it is safe to delete. Thanks I'll delete it.

If burned out or copied to another HD, $NtServicePackUninstall$ or any critical MS uninstall file can be put back and XP will re-insert the Add/Remove entry for it.
