If you are wanting to get a cert in Internet Security, I would recommend CompTIA (http://www.comptia.org/certification/default.aspx) Internet+ and Security+ Certs.
I do not know of a cert for Firewalls or Hacking (btw...are you wanting to learn how to prevent hacking or learn how to hack? http://www.wilderssecurity.com/images/smilies/wink.gif )
There are a lot of boot camps around the country that offer training in these subjects, but I don't know right off hand.

There are numerous options. Direct answer: GIAC (http://www.giac.org/certifications/) especially:
GIAC Certified Firewall Analyst (GCFW)
GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA)
To start I would take a look at Security+ and maybe Cisco CCNA if you lack networking skills.
You can read Information Security Education Resources for Professional Development (http://www2.norwich.edu/mkabay/overviews/infosec_ed.pdf) if you really want to pursue a career in infosec.
Google the following certifications:
CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional)
Certified Info Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
GSEC (General Security Essentials Certification)
MSIT (Master of Security in Information Technology)
Good luck,
Robert
