And illegal. It violates EULA which says: 8. Transfer of License. You may not transfer or assign Your rights to the Licensed Program under this Agreement to a third party.

As Blackspear stated, you can get a student discount from a reseller in your area. I work at a college and have sold quite a few licenses to the students here at a reasonable price.
