Help - DDS - Persistent Error

Help I keep getting the attached ERROR when I try to resize my TWO partitions!

One needs to be smaller and the other partition needs to be bigger!

Help Ive checked for bad sectors/errors on each partition! ::)

I have XP home SP2!
