Spywareblaster runtine error

Hello. I've installed recently Windows XP, and after I've installed Spywareblaster , but it can't run and it appairs this error missage:
Runtine error 339
"Component MSCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered; afile is missing or invalid".
¿What Can I Do?
