I use NOD32 at my home PC. While visiting my brother in Texas today, I purchased NOD32 from that site for his PC to replace his _other_ AV from a well known vendor whose products tend to consume resources. ;)
Anyway, I used my email address on the NOD32 purchase page, so the confirmation email was sent there instead of to his system. :(
How do I get the confirmation info sent to his PC?

Thanks,

supi

Yeah, I'm a newbie. I know enough to be dangerous to myself. I'm on my brother's system. Are you saying I can access my email from my brother's system?

I emailed them and received this reply:

Hello,

It's already in motion. You'll have to send it when you receive it. I'm sorry.

Thank you,
Eset Tech Support

Guess they can't.
I made the mistake of assuming that the purchase info page would be seperate from a 'mail to page.' My bad.
I hate web mail but I'll try it.

Thanks for the responses.

You can also set-up IMAP or POP e-mail on his PC.

marsupialus--you can go to this site and check your email from there. All you have to do is fill in your email address and password. When you find the email from eset.com, just open it and copy the information that you need.

Thanks for the help. I set up web mail through SBC. Hated every minute of it.
I just don't feel very secure about web mail, as if I feel that good about the internet anyway. The options are to pull the plug and play Diablo! I did remove several trojans, virii, and a worm or two. No more popups and strange files, that I know of.
