Problem to Install Program

I have install NOD32 V2.50.19 and like Install one Program named:

NELSON EMAIL ORGANIZER, I downloaded the program of the Progam HomePage but when like Install NOD show one alert and can not install the New Software, How can do to install or solve the problem ?

Submit that unknown file for analysis. If you have ThreatSense enabled, it should do it automatically.

One way to find out is to submit the file and let Eset analyze it.

Ok, but is impossible that one Good Program ( NELSON ) be VIRUS, Is not possible.....May be is not compatible but is not VIRUS

It contains a code similar to that used by viruses, hence heuristics marked it as suspicious. It's impossible for heuristics to decide whether a suspicious application is actually a virus or not.

It is that I can Uninstall NOD32 and Install Nelson Program to solve the problem correct ?....I will do and switch at other AV,
