Microsoft strictly refused to call this SP5 or anyhow with SP5 in its name. This is Update Rollout1 for Win2000 SP4 - includes patches and security fixes after SP4 was issued up to end of April, 2005. Consider this as cumulative update, not SP5. All savvy users have all these updates installed for some time, so this will bring nothing new.
