easy way to take video screen captures

Hi!
I advise to use good program,which i've recently found. It can take video screen capture from Windows screen. You can record you screen in 3 ways: Window, Region and Desktop.This app allows you to record your desktop to avi, asf, wmv. It support automatic recording of video and audio. So you can create demos, presentations, video tutorials etc.

I believe that there is also another program:

And it's FREE, and can save as Flash (.swf) unlike that one you posted
