I downloaded the new program and now it is not getting the Word 2000 mrus anymore - how come ???

I am using Wins98se, and I have all the options checked except the one that is for the XP people.
I want my old program back that worked -- is it possible to get it back? :'(

The software developper is probably sound asleep right now - time zones - but I'm sure he'll answer over in this thread.
