spywareguard clogging cpu

Hello all. I am using spyareguard, and it continues to have 100% of the cpu. Everytime I cut my computer on, it says that my homepage has been changed from charter.msn.com to msn srchasst (or something similar to that). Who can help me?? I have ad-aware, spybot s and d, webroots spysweeper, microsoft antispyware, ewido security suite, spywareguard and spyware blaster, and avg for windows and nothing seems to be able to find out the problem. I would appreciate any and all help. thanks.

Welcome to Wilders.

Since your homepage keeps changing, I would follow instructions here (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=42148) and post a log at one of those forums. Wilders no longer does hijack logs.
This will get to the core of the problem sooner than the process of elimination.
