The automatic update program (update.exe) requires an up-to-date mirror list in order to download the latest Radius.TD3 database for TDS3. It's recommended you download a new update.cfg file at least once every six months, to ensure you're downloading from the newest servers and not old non-existant servers.
To download the latest update.cfg, simply go to http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update
See the Automatic section where it mentions update.cfg, and click the appropriate link to save the update.cfg file to your TDS directory. That's all - the next time the update program runs, it'll be using an up-to-date mirror list.
