Checkout disney.com. This site provides hitbox cookies which SB 3.4 is not blocking despite them being listed and checked.

Having just visted Disney....Spywareblaster did indeed block the hitbox.com cookie from being set. What browser are you using ?

My apologies, I had IE Privacy set to allow all cookies...doh!!
