Spyware Guard License

I've been asked to research anti-spyware related programs for deployment in our corporate image.

I would like to know if you have any kind of mass license statagy for my type of situation.

I would also like to see some modifications to the program. Specificaly having it set to download automatically and to make that a customizable location.

Who can I talk to about permission to distribute the software?
