Can you have more than one backup program running on the same PC? Is there any conflict with the backup bit set on the files?

It shouldn't cause any problems except when the files to be backed up are being used by one program when the other wants to access them and this only means they temporarily can't be backed up by the second backup program. I've experimented with different backup programs installed on my computer at the same time without any major hassles. However a good backup program ought to be able to handle all your backup needs and other programs ought to be unecessary.

Hello Phil B.,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We don't recommend you to run several backup program on the one PC. They can conflict with each other.
Thank you.
