Differences between Spywareblaster and Spywareguard

Is there any documentation explaining the difference between SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard? I have found plenty on the former, but little on the latter. ???

Prevents Hijack on homepage

Protection againest bad sites on IE/FireFox/Mozilla

SpywareGuard
Prevents Hijack on homepage

Prevents you from downloading bad files from the internet

Catches and blocks spyware before it is executed
