OK!! had enough...Help Please!!!

i have a license with nod32 and would really like some help!!
this is what is occuring every single time i try the beta's
and it did not start until beta2 version3.
when i download and install and then reboot i get this!!
wether i install over version 1 or un-install it........... >:(

does not wanna work at all!! here is what i get everytime i download the beta and restart my machine

will not work at all after this two wonderful littl windows pop up!!
please give me some good news and help this frustrated dude out....thanks for any and all wizdom...... ;D
