Spyware Blaster & Spyware Guard Manual Update

Hi,
I am wanting to know where I can manually download the updates for Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard, as my ISP's firewall blocks these programs from updating within the program.

Any assistance you could provide would be most appreciated.
