I mentioned in a post about the great Proxy List I have used for so long. Well, I post it and - poof - it's gone! They have removed it from the site. However, there is much to be said for this privacy site, with web-based applications, etc that is a boon for any security enthusiast. They DO include a link to a list of updated proxy servers, so we'll see.

The site is run by TamSoft (maker of SmartWhois among other things) and is called All-NetTools.

I think you'll find it one of the finest sites with **practical** uses on the web.
