Tried updating earlier, did so, then tried again and kept getting this.

I can d/l and install that thing until doomsday - but it still tells me the same one is available every time I check for updates.

What the program's telling me as far as what I've got goes is this:

Complete scan with what I've got took 7min. 44sec. (40,405 files scanned) and came up clean - what's up with the update it keeps offering? Pete

For what it's worth, I am getting the same thing. Will offer to update forever, shows the versions will be 14-15-14, but it stays at 13-14-13.

What's going on here? :)

<AOL mode> Me too! </AOL mode> We have a consensus -- this update is broken.

So, would it be possible to explain that a little further? Did you pull the 14/15/14 update? because this morning I still have this:

or - was the 14/15/14 what was wrong to begin with? Pete

Hi spy1,

>because this morning I still have this:

Information on installed NOD32 Antivirus System
Version: 1.385 (20030324)

I posted this also to the current version forum:

we are sorry about that. Our provider for www.nod32.com has temporary problems - they will solve it asap.

You can use our mirror server www.esetsoftware.com where possible - e.g. for updating ( the hint is ment fo all levels of users :) ):

How to update the NOD32 current version from the www.esetsoftware.com server:

- click on the NOD32 Control Center icon on the Taskbar (small diskette icon with "CC" on it)
- go to "Update" tab
- click on the "Servers" button
- enter "http://www.esetsoftware.com/upd_info" to the "New server:" field
- click "Add server"
- click "Close"
- click on the "Server:" combo beside the "Servers" button
- choose "www.esetsoftware.com"
- Click "Update now"

Updating the NOD32 Beta from the www.esetsoftware.com server:

- click the NOD32 Control Center Icon on the Taskbar (half-white, half-green icon)
- go to Update>Update>Setup
- click on the "Server:" combo beside the "Servers" button
- choose "www.esetsoftware.com"
- click OK
- click "Update now"

We will improve this situation.

Thanks, :)

Hi all,

as you've probably already discovered - there should be no problems with updating from these servers:

www.nod32.com and

www.esetsoftware.com

for a longer time.

We'd recommend to use www.nod32.com first.

A new feature will be added: the ControlCenter will try multiple servers, when default server is unreachable.

Thanks, :)
