Version 2.50.16 is currently available for download from the Eset Web Site.

When will it be available via the NOD32 program update mechanism?

Currently only virus databases are being updated via automatic update.

No exact time frame has been set yet. If you are interested in v. 2.50 just download it from Eset's website and install it over the top of the previous version, or use RA to perform a push installation on client workstations.

Well, my NOD 32 is updated with Program Component Update yesterday allready :). I allready had the 2.5 beta installed. I don't know if an update from 2.12 will be the same.

I'll just download it and install it over the top of 2.12.3 on my home PC.

I guess I'll have to wait for our System Administrator to download it to our mirror server at work, so that it gets pushed down to my office PC.

Isn't there a way to set up the mirror server to install the updates? Or do we have to wait until ESET make component updates available on their end?

the admin could download the installer and build a config file then push it... or wait a couple of weeks. I know most admins I run into are the kind that will wait for the automatic update to happen in it's own sweet time... ho... hum... ;)
