Security I-guard, Opinions Please

I was browsing the net tonight and came accross this antispyware program called security iguard so i thought i would download it and give it a go, my initial thoughts were expensive!!! as unless i read the billing page wrong it is $20 a month to use. So i assumed it must be something special for that price.

But when i tried to install it my on active counterspy popped up and wouldnt let me install it, i have to say i do not like this about counterspy as even if it is a rouge antispyware program, i would like to find this out myself and i didnt like the idea of counterspy knocking off the competition from my machine.

So what is the experts opinions of this i-guard program, is it any good?
