Does anyone know if xpsp2.exe is called something else on windows xp pro sp2 cd? I cannot find such a file. Where is it on the cd? I tried searches and turned up nothing of the like.

losing hope :(

oh, does having an oem version have anything to do with it?

could you give more details?are you searching for sp2 on an already slipstreamed winxp sp2??in that case you wont find it coz its expanded and merged..you can find some files in i386/sp2 cab file..

ah it is slipstreamed already. so what files do i copy to disk to merge with my xp sp1 copy?

borrowed friends new xp sp2 disk to slipstream sp2 with my sp1.

You need the SP2 full pack, either by getting the free SP2 CD from MS (also available in many PC shops)
