I was going to test my av against some eicar mail test's but it doesn't look like I will be able to. My Ip "cableone" snagged all of them before I could get them ;D Tickled the heck out of me.screen shot of what they caught

My antispam app doesn't find anything on my pop3 either the isp is catching it all. I did let them know I think they are doing a dreat job. ;) kiss up and get a discount? Nah, I don't think so. I can't complain though it is cheap enough. 8)

I'm in the same position as bigc, don't even know how good my a-v's (avast) mail scanner is because my ISP's VirusGuard always snagged whatever before avast even got to see it.

Admittedly I do have two other options in their quarantine center, besides simply deleting the message -- "fix" and deliver (usually means removing the attachment first), or if you really want to test your own a-v, "deliver as is".
