Add/Remove Program Issues in SP2!!!

Hey, first time poster here...

Some entries in the add/remove program list I can't remove. It doesn't even say when was the last time I used it. Some programs on the list work fine, but then again like 3/4 of the add/remove list have no "REMOVE" button. It just says rarely.

Is this a problem in my registry?

Problems:
1) "Remove" Button is missing from like 4/5 of the programs in my add/remove control panel list.

2) INfo such as frequency, last time used, and how much space it takes up is missing on alot of the programs.
