Browser Hijack Blaster download and install problems

Trying to help my friend download this super program to her computer. We have tried this three times with the same results; download seems fine but when we try to install we get the message; A required .dll file is not present, unable to continue with the install at this time.
Is this a problem with the download or is this a problem with her machine?

Could you be specific in regard to the missing file, and the O/S installed?

Unable to execute file: C\Program Files\Browser Hijack Blaster\bhblaster.exe Create Process failed Code 1157. One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. She is running Windows 98, Internet Explorer 5.5

Download and install the VB 6.0 SP5 run-time from Microsoft below:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe

That'll fix your problem. :)
