NOD32 with ZoneAlarm Pro 5

Hi!
1 - Can I install NOD32 and ZoneAlarm Pro 5 both on my PC without any problem?
2 - How does NOC32 distinguishes itself from McAfee, Panda, Symantec and TrendMicro etc.
