Registry Mechanic has found 80 bad files as follows...

custom controls :10
software locations 11
shared dll's:33
file extentions:3
deep scan 22

above each file name it says ...Set to Delete...and it gives me the option to repair or close...what do i do?

xp sp2,spywaresd,adaware/lava,i dont know what else to add for info.

When you have done that and you have the file information, you still may be unsure of the necessary course of action. This is when Google is your friend, search for information on each file and try to make an informed decision on what your next actions should be.
