Kerio and Microsoft security updates

I have downloaded the latest Microsoft updates and when it started to install and alert came up and I clicked "deny" now the updates will not install. All I'm getting now is the security centre reminding me to install the updates. Any ideas anyone?

That was my port of call. It gives out pages of errors but nothing about just unable to install etc.

Look through your rules in Kerio. It will probably be the last one added that is preventing the updates.
Are you using a router?

which version of kerio are you using??
all you should have to do is find the rule in kerio and either click on it to change to allow or if you made a rule for it you will have to edit that rule.

Done all that(even turned off Kerio (V4)and Anti-Virus (NOD32) while disconnected from the internet, and no I'm not running a router, a USB DSL modem. I've contacted Microsoft support and awaiting their response.
