Ok try this but be careful not to save.
With TDS window open
On far right you should see a button marked SOCKETS
Click on that . Notice scripting shows automated by default.
Now click one of the other tabs at the top oif the TDS-3 Sockets windows.
Now click on the Scipted button again at top.
Do you see the scripted is now checked and not the automated?
Now click cancel
OK DO I GET THE NEW FREE COPY ;)

when you toggle between the scripted and automated socket tabs, the radio button is updated to match. This is by design
sorry, no free version, in fact DCS might have to take your trial away ;) lol jk.

Why would you toggle to automated just by clicking options? You don't even have to click scripted to get the toggle and that in my mind is not the correct way to do sometning.
I usualy end up uninstalling TDS-3 before trial is up anyways. I will continue using my Free copy of LockDown.
Over?

I was unable to get the radio button to change from automated to scripted unless I clicked on the scripted tab or the scripted radio button. So my version preformed correctly. Perhaps it is trial issue? What version were you running?

Sounds like a moot point then?

Yup I just checked with the new manual update and the toggle is fixed ;)
Untill today, I didn't know we could update the files manualy in the trial version.
Thanks

I am glad to hear the problem is fixed. The TDS3 trial wouldn't be much good without def. updates of one kind or another.
