Absolutely. It's stable and comes with a beta password (probably) valid until 2.5 Final appears.

another question why eset is not updating the trial version of nod32

A beta is for testing purposes, a release is for general use, a trial is for evaluation. The official version 2.12.3 hasn't been updated either. ;) As soon as 2.5 hits final stage they'll update the paid and trial version as well (I suppose).

actually when i was using nod32 trial version i was getting kernel
errors on win98 se so i was waiting for newer trial version

I run the BETA in a Enterpise group.
I have BETA on main server updating virus def and mirrors.
Almoust tried every trick in the book now. No errors at all
Excelent performance and a lot of new goddies :)
I reccomend it
