How to update MRU-Blaster database?

Please pardon the stupid question, but is the only way to update the MRU-Blaster database to download the latest version of the MRU-Blaster setup application, and to reinstall the whole thing?

It seems that way to me, but I wondered... Because I had gotten used to the other (great) Javacool utilities, which have a nice "LiveUpdate" feature within.

At this point, yes - you'll need to download the new installer from the webpage and run it to install the latest version and database (no need to uninstall your previous version - the installer takes care of updating everything).

I have been working on creating an external database - but there is currently no set release date.

Hopefully the current update process is not too inconvenient for you. :)
