Hello to everyone at Wilders,

I've finally got around to joining up, although I've been lurking for quite some time.

The friendly nature of the forum finally convinced me. A lot of you feel like friends already :) .

Time to see if this posts correctly.....

Paul and Nat

Thanks for the replies, it's great to be part of the forum. Hopefully by participating I can give something back for all the advice I've seen posted (and used).

Thanks for the link Nat, I've been to ten forward a lot (probably too much) but had missed this one.

As you may have guessed I've been trying out quotes. Could you tell me how I get a quote from two separate posts into one reply? I couldn't see a way of including a quote from you Nat after replying with a quote from Rita :-\ .

So, most of us just manually enter a set of quote tags and paste in the text we want to quote when there's more than one quote to be made.

Oh my...I'm not very good explaining things, but the way I do it usually is of course click on a post's QUOTE - button.
And if you want to add more more - select text - and above, you see a "speechbubble. Click that - and then paste it inbetween the tags.

I hope it helps. :-[

If not I'm sure someone else here is better in explaining.... :) :)

P.S. When you want to select a text from someone else, you just scroll down to the post ...

Well...thats all I know how to. :-\

Thanks both of you for the replies. I also found a thread on Quotes under the FAQ's for newbies. So much for looking before asking ::) :).

Hello Korodore,

Hope your enjoying already. I'm fairly new here as well, although it may not seem so :D

I joined in January (new year resolution - start joining forums!).

Have a great day ;)

Thanks Firecat.
How do you manage to post so much and still have a life :o . I struggle to keep up with the threads I'm interested in, and that's without posting as well.

Oh well, I suppose I better get back to inventing a time machine if I want 36 hours in every day (which is what I need).

Regards,
Korodore

No Problem bigc, just let me have it back when you're done as I'm away this weekend and need it to catch up with Wilders threads on my return ;D .
