Hi,

If I try to manually start the Control Center from the programs list It generates a communication error.

This happens whether in Admin. Or User account.

There is no problem when it loads at start up.

Hi grey_ghost,

it seems that the NOD32 Kernel Service is not running for some reason.

Pls. try to find the NOD32 Kernel Service in the Service Manager and start it.

If you need to know more about how to do it - you can write a reply.

Hi,
I did notice that the NOD32 Kernel Service was not running before the NOD32kui.exe. Tried to load.

If I manually start NOD32krn.exe it only loads for a few seconds and then shuts down.

So The present situation is NOD32 loads and runs correctly at auto start. But it will not start manually.

This is with the NOD32krn.exe not running as a service.

Every thing else runs correctly so far ie. Scan full and right click, Update manual and auto.
